We are located in a 2,000 square foot red warehouse between OMSI and the Ross Island Bridge, where the Springwater Trail meets the East Bank Bike Path.
Location: 419-423 SE Ivon, Portland, OR (WARNING: Be Careful With GPS and Mapping Software Directions! Entering 400 SE Ivon may be better since our warehouse is newly addressed and often not recognized by software.)
**ALSO** Mapping Software isn’t accurate due to construction and closures in the neighborhood so please read through the instructions below. If you can get to OMSI, you are only a few blocks away. Try to get there and give us a call.
From Beaverton/Aloha
- Hwy 26 East towards Portland
- Merge onto I-405 S toward THE DALLES/SALEM
- Merge onto I-5 N toward I-84 E/THE DALLES/SEATTLE
- Take the I-84 E/US-30 E exit, EXIT 300, toward PORTLAND AIRPORT/THE DALLES
- Take the exit toward OMSI/CENTRAL EASTSIDE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
- Turn RIGHT onto SE WATER AVE
- Go PAST OMSI
- Turn LEFT at the Detour
- Turn LEFT onto SE CARUTHERS ST
- Turn RIGHT onto SE 4TH AVE
- Turn LEFT onto SE IVON ST (This is the LAST street before the Springwater Corridor)
- End at 419 SE Ivon St Portland, OR 97202 (2nd to last door on your left before SE Grand PL)

From Tigard/Tualatin/Lake Oswego/Salem or from the south along I-5
- I-5 NORTH towards Portland
- Take the I-84 E/US-30 E exit, EXIT 300, toward PORTLAND AIRPORT/THE DALLES

- Turn RIGHT onto SE WATER AVE
- Go PAST OMSI

- Turn LEFT onto SE 4TH AVE
